The Lakeport Yacht Club is situated on the shore of Clear Lake between Fourth and Fifth Streets in Lakeport, California. The club is surrounded on three sides by boat docks, launch ramp and parking. The location and serenity of the Club make it a great place to have that special event or take your vacation. The purposes of the club are to:
1 . Encourage sailing and power boating activities. These include holding regattas and other boating events.
2. Promote water safety within the Clear Lake community.
3. Promote and increase the knowledge and efficiency of its members in the science of navigation and the art of handling, operating, and maintaining sailboats, cruisers, and other watercraft.
4. Promote the social interests and pleasures of its members.
